As a Coffee Production Specialist at Calf Coffee and Milkbar, you will work closely with our baristas to create a diverse menu of coffee drinks, from classic espresso-based beverages to innovative milk-based creations. You will be using high-end espresso machines, milk frothers, and other specialized equipment to deliver the perfect cup of coffee every time. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment where you can showcase your creativity and passion for coffee.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee beverages using high-quality coffee beans and specialized equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of coffee-making equipment to maintain high standards of coffee quality.
• Collaborate with baristas to create and update the coffee menu, incorporating customer feedback and seasonal trends.
• Monitor and adjust brewing parameters to achieve the perfect extraction and flavor profile.
• Train and mentor new baristas on coffee preparation techniques and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve our coffee offerings.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee preparation process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee production or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a specialty coffee environment, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and other specialty techniques.
• Familiarity with using espresso machines, milk frothers, and other coffee equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with baristas and other staff members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
