📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work.
• Implement and monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive facility management documentation.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure that all amenities and services meet the highest standards.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
• Certification in Building Management Systems (BMS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with energy management software is a plus.
