📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and mocktails using premium ingredients and industry-standard tools like shakers, jiggers, and strainers.
• Engage with guests, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously improve your skills.
• Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Assist in opening and closing the bar, including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Promote our bar's events and special promotions to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes, with an ability to create unique and innovative drinks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and entertain guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as crates and bottles.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests.
