📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing leave requests.
• Contribute to employee relations initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and facilitating feedback sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
• Learn and apply best practices in HR management through mentorship and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a relevant HR or Business Administration program, or have completed a related course.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or ADP.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
