📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of our oversight initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management to improve regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the integrity, transparency, and efficiency of government operations in Pangkalpinang.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our oversight initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of regulatory compliance officers to ensure the successful execution of our oversight initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in regulatory compliance and provide training and development opportunities for our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, public administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in national supervision and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of national and international regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Valid certification in regulatory compliance or a related field is a plus.
