As an IT Support Assistant, you will be the backbone of our technical support team, working closely with our IT department to maintain and enhance our store systems. You will use tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Remote Desktop to manage tickets and provide support. This role is perfect for someone with 2-4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide 24/7 remote and on-site technical support to Alfamart stores
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including POS systems, printers, and cash registers
- Install and configure new systems and software
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on store systems
- Provide training and support to store staff on new systems and software
- Monitor system performance and resolve any issues promptly
- Document all technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement and improve technical solutions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment
- Proficient in using ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Remote Desktop
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications in ITIL or equivalent are a plus
