📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize collateral for insurance and reinsurance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes within the treasury department.
• Develop and maintain collateral management systems and processes, utilizing tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software.
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities and risks in the collateral market.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all collateral transactions and related documentation.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management on collateral management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance or treasury role, with a focus on collateral management.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
