• Develop and implement strategies to identify, negotiate, and manage global partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including international organizations, corporations, and government entities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with company goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking sessions to strengthen our international profile.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our global partnership strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in global partnership development and management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing international partnerships and agreements.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in international business or a related field is a plus.
