📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Manage and track sales performance using SAP and other proprietary systems.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of domestic freight forwarding operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other logistics management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
