People & Training Staff (Trainer F&B)

As a People & Training Staff (Trainer F&B), you will be at the heart of our mission to create a highly skilled and motivated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and deliver training programs that will shape the future of our culinary and service teams.

In this role, you will work closely with our team leaders and managers to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver engaging training sessions. You will use a variety of tools and software, including LMS (Learning Management System) and Microsoft Office Suite, to create and manage training materials. Your daily work will involve conducting training sessions, providing feedback, and ensuring that our team members are equipped with the skills they need to excel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver high-impact training programs for F&B staff
• Identify and address training needs of the team
• Develop and update training curriculum and materials
• Conduct training sessions and workshops
• Provide feedback and support to team members
• Use LMS and Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage training materials
• Collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure training goals are met
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the F&B industry
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP)
• Strong knowledge of LMS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
• Understanding of Indonesian culture and business practices
