📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Manage and track customer inquiries using Zendesk and Freshdesk.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service, adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
