📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and infographics.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to the management team.,Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand's voice and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.,Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
