📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain food cost records and reports.,Participate in quality control and food safety audits.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.,Experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
