Moon Plus Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jimbaran. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and dining experiences to our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
