Nusara Pradipa Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Consultant & Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our Chinese market expansion efforts in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Chinese market and a proven track record in investment consulting and project management.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, managing projects from inception to completion, and providing strategic advice to our clients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the Chinese market in Indonesia.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide strategic advice to clients, helping them to make informed investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, building our reputation and expanding our network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment consulting or project management, with a focus on the Chinese market.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese market, including its culture, business practices, and investment opportunities.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, delivering results on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
