🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or a related field.,Certification from a reputable fitness organization, such as ACE, NASM, or NSCA.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal training, with a focus on in-home training.,Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise physiology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to accommodate multiple clients.,Familiarity with various exercise techniques and equipment, including but not limited to, free weights, resistance bands, and cardio machines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to clients' homes.
