MedSpecialized, a leading provider of medical staffing solutions, is seeking a SEC Reporting Accountant to join our client support team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Bali while contributing to the success of our US-based clients.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' financial statements are accurate, compliant, and prepared in a timely manner. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our clients' good standing with the SEC and other regulatory bodies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP and SEC guidelines.,Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, such as 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Conduct month-end and quarter-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and trends to provide insights for our clients' management teams.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and SEC requirements, and apply this knowledge to our clients' financial reporting processes.,Collaborate with our clients' internal audit teams to address any issues or concerns related to financial reporting.,Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation for our clients.,Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to our clients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role within a Fortune 500 company.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
