Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.,Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.,Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.,Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.,Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase occupancy rates.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the property.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years' experience in property management.,Proven track record of successfully managing high-end properties.,Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with property management software and systems.,Experience in marketing and promoting properties to attract guests.,Fluency in English, with knowledge of local language (Bahasa Indonesia) a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
