NOVA Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth running of our facilities, and leading a team of maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues or potential problems.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt normal operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns in a timely manner.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.,Valid certification in safety and health at work (e.g., SHEA, OSHA) is a plus.
