📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.,Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.,Conduct employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to build a strong and diverse workforce.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth opportunities.,Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and grievances to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Previous experience in a leadership role within an HR department is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
