You will be responsible for creating a robust framework for intellectual capital management, including knowledge management systems, talent development programs, and innovation initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement intellectual capital management strategies to enhance the value of the company's knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management systems using tools like SharePoint and Confluence.
• Create and execute talent development programs to nurture and retain top talent.
• Identify and implement innovation initiatives to drive business growth and success.
• Conduct regular assessments of the company's intellectual capital to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in intellectual capital management.
• Report on the progress and impact of intellectual capital initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in intellectual capital management, knowledge management, or a related field.
• Certification in intellectual capital management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management systems and tools like SharePoint and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
