📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain office records and documents.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Support the HR department with recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and maintaining employee records.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including office supplies and equipment.,Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams.,Assist in the organization of company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS and other administrative software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a hybrid work environment.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
