📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the camp.,Manage and mentor the management team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the camp is a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local communities.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring that the camp operates within budget and meets financial targets.,Implement and enforce policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.,Represent the camp at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficient in financial management and analysis, with a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting.,Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
