Tanggung Jawab:
Managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.Scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.Tracking vehicle usage and maintaining accurate records of all fleet activities.Managing fuel and insurance for all vehicles, ensuring compliance with all regulations.Coordinating with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.Ensuring that all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer's recommendations and that all maintenance records are up-to-date.Monitoring vehicle performance and addressing any issues promptly to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.Providing reports on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and other relevant metrics.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
