Spot Pearl Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers,Preparing and submitting monthly financial reports,Assisting in the preparation of financial statements,Processing invoices and payments,Managing bank reconciliations,Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies,Assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Providing financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English is a plus
