📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute production activities.,Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.,Manage inventory and procurement to support production needs.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement production schedules and work orders.,Provide leadership and mentorship to production team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.,Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
