RADIUS Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Klaten. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a professional who is ready to take on the challenges and responsibilities that come with this role.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and that our business goals are met. You will work closely with your team to achieve our objectives and will be expected to make decisions that are in the best interest of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing them with the training and support they need to succeed.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that the branch is compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise, working with other members of the team to find solutions.
  • Attend and participate in company meetings and events, as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with sales and marketing strategies, as well as inventory management.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel, as needed.
