• Monitor and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Implement process improvements and enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration activities to prevent equipment downtime.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Equipment Engineering or a related role in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in using advanced tools and software, such as Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 and Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk.
• Certification in Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
