📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule follow-up interviews.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and job postings.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of job postings across various platforms.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and organization.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and collecting necessary documents.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passionate about people and committed to creating a positive workplace environment.
