📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
