📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers.,Maintain and update customer databases and records.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Support the sales team in organizing and participating in sales meetings and events.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Familiarity with sales processes and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
