📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and payment processing.,Conduct audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
