📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
