📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Oversee inventory management and ensure all products are well-stocked and presented.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Train and mentor new staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
