One Central Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.,Evaluate the impact of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.,Maintain and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and digital resources.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather insights on employee training requirements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Support the implementation of new systems and processes through targeted training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using training management software and digital tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
