Quick Bloom Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Badung, Bali. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and able to work in Bali.
