Urban Up Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Garut. This role is crucial in ensuring that our employees are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training materials and methods.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to improve their performance.,Collaborate with managers and team leads to ensure training goals are met.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
