📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the company.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide updates on the recruitment process.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the recruitment process.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
